Return & Refund Policy

1. Return window
You may request a return within [7] days of delivery.

2. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition.
- In original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used consumables.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Personalized/custom items.
- Any item marked non-returnable at purchase.

4. How to start a return

- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged/incorrect)

5. Return shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer pays return shipping.

6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Report within [7] days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer replacement, store credit, or refund after verification.

7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5-10] business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

8. Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged.

9. Cancellations
